Year 4’s Trip to Kidzania!

Kidzania is a world of wonders, where you can make your dreams come true! That’s exactly what Year 4 did! Kidzania is a place where you can be anything you want. For example a Fire-fighter, a Policeman, an Al Jazeera   news reporter, or even climb a building! You can make Cadbury chocolate and an Innocent Smoothie! They give you 50 Kidzo’s to start with and the city is called Kidzania City.

!Daily mile with a smile!

Miss Chaouki has started a new craze called the daily mile. It evolves all the   classes running, jogging or walking (plus chatting to your friends) For 15 minutes any time of the day. It is to exercise yourself so you are not too tired to learn! We will be doing it in the top playground, by the way one mile is 16 laps around the top playground (tiring I know!).But you don’t need to do all 16 laps on your first try! We will work up to it as a goal. Class teachers have to start on 3rd of May! The daily mile is super fun, see you then friends!

Its Goood To Be Green!

Good  news in Avonmore!

We are learning to take the responsibility for our own   behaviour!  You may wonder how.  Well with our new 'It's good to be green  boards.

'It's good to be green' is a new indicative to help all Avonmore children improve their behaviour. Everyone starts the day green, which means a green card and hopefully the day finishes on green.
For misbehaving a warning is given, followed by the amber card, unless of course behaviour improves.  If it doesn't, well the red consequence card is given.  We hope you don't get that one!  Remember, it's so good to be green.
